We introduce you to three very important and valuable people to us.
CEREALS
Wheat is one of the ingredients that can be found in some of our ranges, so it was essential to visit the heart of the plain of Lleida to explore its fields. Ramón Valentines is a livestock and crop farmer and member of the Bellcaire cooperative and with him we will discover the value of the region and the distinguishing features of its star product.
FRUITS
Antonio Moreno is a fruit grower, a member of the Bellcaire cooperative and responsible for supplying the apples for our recipes. The orchards, scrupulously cared for, are worked throughout the year so the fruits are exceptional and both dogs and cats, as well as humans, can enjoy them at home, straight from the farm.
MEAT
Ricard Segura is a livestock farmer and member of the Coperal cooperative. He inherited his business from his family since they have been caring for animals for 6 generations. That's what "it's in his blood" means! A very important consideration regarding our meats is that they come from processing facilities where the meat is intended for human consumption.
